I am both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, TX.  I graduated from Baylor University in 1998 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and St. Mary’s University in 2000 with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy.   I began seeing clients in 2000 and spent the better part of 10 years working with individuals and families in an inpatient setting and then moving into private practice with a focus on working with adult and older adult individuals, couples, and their families regarding issues such as grief, aging, caregiver stress, marital/relational issues, depression, and stress/anxiety as well as navigating major life transitions such as post divorce, career struggles, becoming a parent, women's issues, empty nest, or retirement just to name a few.   I offer both in person and online sessions currently.
