I am both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in San Antonio, TX. I graduated from Baylor University in 1998 with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and St. Mary’s University in 2000 with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I began seeing clients in 2000 and spent the better part of 10 years working with individuals and families in an inpatient setting and then moving into the private counseling arena focusing on working with adult and older adult individuals, couples, and their families regarding issues such as grief, aging, caregiver stress, marital/relational issues, depression, and stress/anxiety as well as navigating major life transitions such as post divorce, career struggles, becoming a parent, empty nest, or retirement just to name a few.
